Asians in Motion (AIM)
AIM provides opportunities for mentorship, professional development, volunteering in the community, and participating in events that help employees understand the richness of Asian cultures.
Hispanics in Partnership (HiP)
HiP offers career growth for members and allies through education, mentoring for Hispanic youth in the community, and opportunities to share their cultures with other Applied employees.
Members and allies of LEAD/BEN (Leadership Encouraging Achievement through Diversity/Black Employee Network) work together to drive improved business results through positive cultural change, employee development and corporate citizenship.
Male Employee Resource Group
for Equity (MERGE)
MERGE helps members and allies build leadership skills, demonstrate positive behaviors that enable equity and growth through ERG partnerships, and actively support company D&I programs.
Employee Team (VET)
VET is for employees, families, and allies of veterans. The ERG provides support, creates networking opportunities, cultivates leadership, promotes career growth and helps military professionals transition into a civilian career at Applied.
Development Network (WPDN)
WPDN is a community of women that offers members and allies personal and professional development, as well as volunteer opportunities to help inspire girls in their communities to pursue STEM careers.
This ERG supports the next generation of leaders at Applied by offering networking, mentoring and professional development opportunities for early career talent.
