Employee Resource Groups

 

Applied employees are invited to join one or more of our eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Members and allies of each ERG create their own unique sense of belonging, help members grow professionally, educate employees and engage with the community. Our ERG network includes 28 chapters around the world.

Applied PRIDE

Pride Photo

Members of Applied PRIDE are passionate about expanding inclusion, representation and influence for the LGBTQ+ community, and promoting Applied as a best place to work for LGBTQ+ employees.
 

Asians in Motion (AIM)

AIM provides opportunities for mentorship, professional development, volunteering in the community, and participating in events that help employees understand the richness of Asian cultures.

 

Hispanics in Partnership (HiP)

HiP offers career growth for members and allies through education, mentoring for Hispanic youth in the community, and opportunities to share their cultures with other Applied employees.

VET is for employees, families, and allies of veterans. The ERG provides support, creates networking opportunities, cultivates leadership, promotes career growth and helps military professionals transition into a civilian career at Applied.

Development Network (WPDN)
