Teri Little is senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Applied Materials, Inc. She is responsible for all legal affairs and worldwide intellectual property.

Prior to joining Applied, Ms. Little served as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary at KLA Corporation where for many years she led the legal affairs of the company worldwide, including corporate securities and governance, M&A, intellectual property, commercial, employment, compliance and litigation. Prior to joining KLA, she was a Senior Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and a Litigation Associate at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe.

Ms. Little received her J.D. from Stanford University Law School and a B.S. in Finance from San Jose State University.
