Consignment Inventory Program

• The consignment inventory program ensures that the right parts available in the right place at the right time to meet your production requirements.
• The on-site consigned inventory is owned by Applied Materials, but physical storage of the parts is controlled and managed by the customer.

Customer Paid Repair

• Economical solution for  spare assemblies
• Reduces scheduled PM downtime
• Return Authorization (RA) is generated through local office. Assembly is evaluated and estimate of repair cost and lead time is provided for customer approval before work is completed.
• Experienced Varian Semiconductor technicians complete the repair
• Assembly will be tested and qualified through the Varian Semiconductor testing process
