CLASS MCS 5

Applied CLASS MCS 5 is a real-time material control system (MCS) that works out-of-the-box to reduce costs, increase operator efficiency, and improve throughput and inventory control. Facilities can add or optimize automated material handling system (AMHS) equipment and configure it while production continues, and CLASS MCS 5 easily integrates with all AMHS and manufacturing execution system (MES) products. CLASS MCS 5 finds the shortest path to get a lot to its destination, provides automated inventory control of interbay and intrabay material movement and offers ID- and wafer-level tracking.
