Applied ATON PVD 5.7

The Applied ATON PVD 5.7 is an in-line PVD system used for the deposition of back contact layers on thin film silicon solar panels as large as 5.7m² in area. The ATON PVD 5.7 system is based on Applied's industry leading platform for the glass industry and supports both rotatable and planar cathode configurations.
