Customers enrolled in an Applied maintenance program have access to our full service global support and qualified product experts who can quickly troubleshoot software issues or answer questions regarding specific product features and functionality. In addition, maintenance customers can receive the latest upgrades, enhancements and patches for any product under a current maintenance contract.
Our customer education offers goal-based, hands-on instruction to provide you with a complete understanding of Applied Materials products. Training classes range from an overview level curriculum to in-depth product functionality. To maximize training effectiveness, we offer flexible training options including classroom setting, on-site at the customer’s facility, or in the lab at Applied’s state-of-the-art learning facilities.
