  1. How do I register to order parts online?
    Register by clicking here. Both the Customer Portal and SparesSolutions uses identical single sign-on username and password.
  2. Can I get help identifying a spare part?
    Yes. Please provide a brief description of the part and the tool project/serial number in the “Part description, questions or comments” field using the “Request Quote” option.
  3. Can I order more than one part?
    Currently, the Parts Center supports ordering one part at a time. Please To request additional parts, use the “Request Quote” option, and include the part numbers and quantities in the “Part description, questions or comments” field.
  4. I’ve submitted a request for quote but haven’t heard back.
