ClearEdge Power Signs exclusive agreement with LS Industrial Systems (LSIS) to Distribute ClearEdge5 Fuel Cells in Korea

Proven US manufactured power and heat co-generation system will integrate into Korean power infrastructure

Portland, Oregon, June 8, 2010 – ClearEdge Power, a global provider of microCHP(combined heat and power) fuel cells systems today announced an exclusive, three-year distribution agreement for the ClearEdge5 system with LS Industrial Systems, a 1.5 billion(USD) Korea-based company focused on electric power generation, distribution and automation worldwide. The 40 million (USD) agreement will focus on the sale, distribution and service for over 800 ClearEdge5 fuel cell units in Korea.
