Recruit and track applicants |

Process leaves of absence |

Process offer paperwork |

Assist in developing employee programs (i.e. recognition program) |

Assist with employee reviews |

Interface with managers and employees |
Preferred Education/Experience:
Pursuing B.A./B.S./M.B.A. level degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast growth environment; 3.0 GPA minimum
