Establishes a framework for SEMI members, customers and suppliers to improve EHS management policies, practices and systems
Results in keen awareness, recognition and fundamental confidence by customers, investors, suppliers, and neighbors that this segment of the semiconductor industry is a proactive, responsible member of the global community and a capable steward of resources used by the industry
