Applied Materials invests in talent. One way we do this is through our College to Corporate Development Program, a full-time paid opportunity for recent college graduates. This program is designed to train and engage emerging technology professionals in a variety of disciplines.
The College to Corporate Development Program (CCDP) includes training courses that help new employees transition seamlessly from academia to a corporate environment. We also provide networking, leadership, and team building opportunities, giving participants both valuable business contacts and practical skills.
Each graduate will be matched with the Applied Materials division that is best suited with his or her background and aligned with current Company needs. We’re looking for strong, enthusiastic candidates with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Internships and other relevant experiences are helpful, but not required.
